1. Identify problems that require strategies
2. Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues
3. Customer support experience with Microsoft
4. Responsible for ramp activities, knowledge sharing.
5. Knowledge of technical collaboration & engagement outside CSS.
QUALIFICATION : B.E/ B.TECH- CSE, IT, ECE
EXPERIENCE : 0-1 YEAR ( Freshers)
LOCATION : Hyderabad
