POSITION : PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER 

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Product Support Engineers main role is to supply effective support for products developed in their organization . During development , the support engineers got to test and supply technical troubleshoot . Another important responsibility is to make a product support decide to provide maintenance. Troubleshoot and supply email and chat support to resolve publisher queries .

SKILLS REQUIRED :

1. Good Communication skills is mandatory.

2. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT are preferred.  

3. Basic understanding of Digital marketing.
