POSITION : GenC - Developer
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Understand the requirements of the business, ask for explanations, and build understanding papers. Asks clarifying questions to ensure comprehensive comprehension of the requirement and aligns oneself with it.
Recognize the Agile application development environment, deadlines, and the cycle.
Assist in the creation of a low-level design for various components by providing inputs.
Develop, maintain, test, debug, and deliver code in accordance with the requirements. Develop test scenarios by understanding the data needs.
To fulfil deadlines, identifies and prioritises work. Taking proactive measures to resolve problems and mitigate failure spots
Takes responsibility for meeting personal goals in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in meetings and technical sessions as a member of the project team to build dependable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.
Upskill, reskill, and cross-skill to keep up with emerging technology.
Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Ability to work as part of a group.
