POSITION : DIGITAL CONTENT ASSOCIATE
DESCRIPTION :
- The role's primary objective is to undertake marketing operations in order to increase the visibility of content on Amazon Prime Video.
- The candidate must be able to swiftly grasp marketing and operational workflow tools in order to succeed in this position.
- Associates must adapt and learn new features of the application on a regular basis, as well as increase their ability to edit and update content fast. To spot/catch flaws in the content, the associate must follow the editing SOP.
- An associate must do a content quality check to qualify the user experience for content consumption (flow and format quality). The associate will need to use software tools for quality auditing, content change, and data collection.
- The associate must understand operational indicators such as productivity (number of titles handled per hour), quality (defect percent age), and delivery/latency SLA. Compliance with these Metrics, SLA criteria, QA guidelines, team and personal goals will be used to evaluate the associate.
- Associate should work well with others and suggest ways to improve their direct report's editing/QA process.

- Ability to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced workplace with sophisticated software systems and processes
- Self-starter who works well in a team
- Strong attention to detail in content editing, as well as a deep dive into and identification of core causes of problems
- Problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting challenges related to content editing are all skills you'll need.
- To manage continuous interactions with the software team and inter-operational teams, you'll need good interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of XML standards would be beneficial.
- A strong plus is knowledge of or expertise in the publishing industry.
- SQL queries should be able to be written.
