DESCRIPTION : 

Using business requirements, design, construct, test, assemble, support, and configure the application.

Recognize the business drivers that will affect performance and provide software that meets those goals.

Technology trends should be baked into solutions. Participate in the creation of automated solutions, new features, and technologies, as well as their integration into existing systems.

Responsible for problem resolution and customer service via phone interaction, email, chat, and remote support.
