JOB DESCRIPTION :

SOFTWARE ENGINEER : As a software developer , you'll take responsibility of crafting , developing , testing  and maintaining the system.

 ROLE :

 1. Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current systems.

 2. Check user feedbacks and develop the system more easy to use and increase stability.

 3. Should be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from analysis to   deployment.

 

SALES DEVELOPMENT : Sales Development Representatives or Business Development Representatives are inside sales representatives who focus mainly on increasing the sales. Main function of SDR's is to reach out to new leads , qualify and push them further down the sales funnel.

 ROLE : 

 1. Reach out to customers who have never engaged with our company to make leads.

 2. Listen and provide an appropriate solution to prospects.

 3. Should have good knowledge of the prospect's industry , sales process and make effective and   meaningful conversations with customers.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT : Main role of Customer Support Executives is to attract and serve customers by answering product and service related queries. Providing information about products and services.

ELIGIBILITY (Sales Development and Customer Support ): 

 1. B.E/B.TECH/B.COM/B.SC/BBA  can apply.

 2. Only 2021 passouts can apply(Current final years - 2021)

 3. Should have good communication skills.
